The idea for contraclothing came about because of a trip to a famous french sports retail chain where i saw some great bandannas and also because of a silly game of contradiction in chiangmai one slightly chilly february
contra means opposed to in the sense of the inverse
i like the idea that bandannas can keep your hair out of the way and look too cool for school at the same time
i also like the idea that an art student can be organised and keep their clothes clean without sacrificing creativity
i might be mad, but there you go
so, i started contraclothing. the bandannas are yet to get off the ground but I have actually started production of the artwear, which you can see on the main site.
